Zoom Tai Chi, Qigong and/or Yoga
Join us for some self-care to boost immunity and decrease stress, while improving strength, balance and flexibility.
We will practice Tai Chi/Qigong in one session per week.
Yoga and meditation is also one session per week.
Private classes available upon request.

The classes are offered on a "pay as you wish" basis. If contributing is not an option for you, that is fine. If you wish to contribute, you can put one or multiple $10 in your cart. You can do it weekly or at your convenience. You can also send a check by the good old US Postal Service. Send a message to 'contact us' and I will provide my mailing address. Either way, PLEASE join us in this health enhancement practice!
