Who We AreSally Rivard is RYT200 yoga instructor and an AFAA certified fitness instructor with over 25 years of experience teaching fitness, yoga, Pilates. She also holds Level 3 IIQTC certification in Qigong and Tai Chi Easy ™. She is an avid downhill and cross-country skier, runner, swimmer, biker, hiker and snowshoer.

Our HistoryAfter years of focus on aerobic activities, I discovered the importance of balance. For every hard work out, I added a restorative practice, such as yoga, Qigong or Tai Chi. Creating space in my life for mind/body practices has been an awakening and I want to share these practices and their health benefits with others! Practicing in the beauty of nature is inspiring, nurturing and improves the quality of life, our vitality and longevity.
